Emotional Freedom Techniques Workshop

EFT is one of the most exciting healing tools available today. It often works where nothing else will. Through a simple process of tapping on acupuncture points on the face and hands, we're able to release negative emotion and internal blockages. EFT works wonders on fears, anxiety, procrastination and other issues that keep people from achieving their goals. EFT can be a great asset to those in the coaching profession. Internationally-known Life Coach Cheryl Richardson is one of the many who have endorsed EFT. On the EFT website (www.emofree.com), she states, "EFT is destined to be a top healing tool for the 21st century."

Betty Moore-Hafter, MA, Certified Hypnotherapist and EFT Trainer, is offering an EFT workshop on Saturday May 31 in Essex Junction, VT.
