I work with young people to help them become tomorrow's leaders in everything from civic life to business to spiritual leaders to simply being the leader of their own lives. When we invest in the next generation we invest in our future. My purpose, at Next Generation Coaching, is to inspire teens and young adults (13 - 30something) to tap into the potential that is already within themselves and to help them intentionally connect to the energy that is already at work in this world. As a coach, I am committed to helping clients discover their gifts and passions, preferences and personality types in order to identify their own personal genius so that they can engage in a life that is deep, meaningful, and rewarding.

Coaching Style, Philosophy, or Specialty:
I believe that, even as young people, clients come to the conversation with 98% of the answers and all they need is a listening ear and some direct questioning to help them uncover them. Moreover, when a client realizes the answers for themselves they feel empowered and inspired to act. Coaching offers my clients the opportunity to work on relationships and goal setting, two crucial elements of any young person’s life. Together we look for new ways of understanding conflict, challenges, and limitations and we discover strengths, passions, and possibilities.
The young people who work with me already have a strong desire to make a positive change on the world and they want to leverage their potential and use their gifts in a way that creates the greatest ripple effect. Together we really do change the world one life at a time.
I truly believe that our habitat evolves us. This means that the space in which we live, the people that we choose to surround ourselves with, and the experiences that we sign up for create the person who we will become. Evolve intentionally!

Services and Format:
In an effort to make coaching available for everyone, Next Generation Coaching now offers the following coaching opportunities:
Virtual Coaching: beginning with the Client's Page resources (as all programs do) found at my client's only website, we will have an ongoing coaching conversation via e-mail and the Coaching Journal found there.
$25 per month with a 3, 6, or 12 month committment.
Jump Start Coaching: in addition to e-mail coaching, add in two 15 minute coaching sessions via telephone per month.
$60 per month with a 3, 6, or 12 month committment.
Personal Coaching: one on one coaching via telephone or at my office for 30 - 60 minutes, two - four times per month plus e-mail support.
$100 - $400 per month with a 3, 6, or 12 month committment.
Group Coaching: join or create* a group of 6 - 8 people that, for six weeks, meet at my office space for 60 minute sessions.
$250 per person per six week series. (*$125 if you are the person who creates the group.)
Keynote/Speaking Events begin at $500.
Program development, workshops, and retreats are negotiable for individually tailored programs.
