As a coach I support the uniqueness of individuals by encouraging clients to view their personal transitions as growth opportunities. My approach is highly creative, compassionate and tailored to the unique needs of each client. It is an integral part of who I am and how I coach.

Services and Format:
Coaching sessions are focused, often taking place over the phone, or in person. Since each client is unique, the areas you wish to cover will depend on your personal needs. Sessions may vary, but no matter how you communicate, you will have weekly contact with your coach.
Fee Structure:
$400 per month includes four one-hour sessions.
$300 per month includes three one-hour sessions.
$300 per month includes four 45-minute sessions.
$225 per month includes three 45-minute sessions.
The length and frequency of sessions are meant to provide you with a degree of flexibility. All life coaching rates include two 5-10 minute spot coaching calls per month and e mail support. For some, this is a helpful and supportive tool that helps to maintain focus and remain motivated.
