What you need to do: supply your full birth date (month, day, year), an accurate birth time (you can typically get this from your birth certificate, if not from your Mom), and your geographic location (city, state, country if not US) at the time of your birth. (Note, this is not where your family lived when you were born, rather it was where your birth actually took place, which could be different).
